That’s right. With restrictions being lifted and people FINALLY being able to have gatherings, we’re up and running! Yay!

What's changed

Cleaning

All of our equipment is cleaned thoroughly before and after every setup and packup. Literally everything is wiped down AND we use hand sanitzer REGULARLY! 

We've always held high standards of cleanliness and hygiene - COVID-19 has just meant we have taken things a step further to ensure your, and our, safety.

Social Distancing

While our deliveries are typically zero contact anyway, we'll continue to distance appropriately. Don't be offended if we take a few steps back while we run you through our rules.

We aim to avoid having to knock on your door so please keep your phone handy for text message updates on our arrival and feel free to give us a heads up on your preferred setup location access, and anything else you think we may need to know by replying to our confirmation email. 

Postponing your event

All bookings are non-refundable however, if COVID restrictions change, we will monitor and make all client aware of changes as deems from federal, state, and city ordinances. For worst case, you will receive a full credit to postpone your date without any penalty. This credit is available for 12 months! Leaving you plenty of time to reschedule or use your credit towards a future event.
